If you have more than 2,000 records, start with your highest-value invoices, such as your largest vendors or the lines with the most sales tax paid. The free scan covers up to 2,000 vendor invoice records and 5 ship-to locations. If a file has more, we scan the lines with the most sales tax paid first. Once you unlock your results you can keep uploading. If you later find a lot more to reclaim, or add a large amount of new data, a small added fee may apply to unlock the new results or continue processing, and we'll always show you the exact cost before anything is charged.

Yes. Upload as often as you like. File when you're ready and the leads have been checked against your invoices. Filing has time limits (generally three years from when the return was filed or two years from payment, whichever is later), so older invoices can age out.
